I would tell them it is a great location with lots of extras avaliable, patient maintence, great staff, great upkeep, nice that dogs are allowed

The apartments are nice, the staff is very helpful. The property and land is very beautiful and I enjoy living near the wooded area. My neighbors are nice but that would not be the same for everyone. My only real complaint is with maintenance, as the 3 issues I've had have all required a follow-up contact to get them resolved, despite the maintenance man saying he would return in 'x' number of days, only to not show up again.
Royal Oaks is a nice, quiet apartment community. Although pricey, the layouts are nice. What has me on the fence about whether or not I will be renewing my lease is the fact that the wood trim in my apartment is not only not painted, but it's in very poor shape and the parking lots are a disaster with enormous holes and sunken ridges. The entrance road (Glenmont Drive) has raised sections of concrete that are beginning to disintegrate from being struck. There are sunken areas in each parking spot where the pavement has worn away from cars being parked there. While this is understandable to degree, they're so deep now it creates giant lakes when it rains. The office staff is always extremely professional and wonderful to interact with. They were willing to work with me when I had my debit card stolen and I had to wait to get money refunded to pay my rent. The staff is a HUGE plus. The buildings themselves are very nice, and the apartments have a good amount of storage.
I would recommend as there are many amenities to the complex with the fitness center and pool. It is in a quiet wooded setting, ample parking.
Royal Oaks has symbiotically incorporated the small town ambiance within a suburban environment!
My overall expericence with Royal Oaks was great!! I loved the staff and management great both me and my husband with care and consideration. Pam was great, she made the whole application process fun, easy and stressfree!! That's why we chose to move here and are glad that we made this decision. The way of life is just great and effortless. Even though its only been a few days since we moved in we love it here at Royal Oaks!!
